2. Enquiries, quotes and agreements

An enquiry, demo request or request for a quote does not itself constitute an order or a supply agreement. Scope, pricing, timing, responsibilities and other delivery terms are agreed separately.

Use of RoadplanPro and delivery of traffic management plans, permit applications or other services are governed by the relevant customer agreement. These website terms do not replace a customer agreement or data processing agreement.

3. Product information and upcoming features

We aim to keep website information accurate and current. Descriptions, illustrations and demos provide general information and must be assessed against the individual task.

Features marked as in development, roadmap or upcoming are not part of an agreed delivery unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Published dates are expectations and may change.

Website information cannot replace assessment of local conditions, applicable rules or specific authority requirements. Approval of an application depends on the relevant authority’s review.
